In client commercial engagements, bespoke custom intellectual property created specifically for a client under a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) is transferred or licensed in accordance with the specific terms executed between the parties.

3. AI Advisory & Technical Feasibility

Any technical commentary, whitepapers, or assessments provided on this website are for general informational purposes. Applied artificial intelligence systems operate probabilistically; specific deployment metrics, latency guarantees, and service level agreements (SLAs) are governed exclusively by formal bilateral contracts.
